Inspections and quotes

Booking an inspection through this website doesn't commit you to anything. The inspection is free, and so is the quote. A quote tells you the work we propose and the price; nothing is agreed until you accept it. If you accept, the quote and any written terms we give you with it form the contract for the work.

Guarantees

New roofs carry a guarantee of up to 14 years, and all our work is guaranteed: if anything isn't right, we'll put it right. The exact guarantee for your job, including how long it lasts and what it covers, is set out in your quote. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Cancelling

If you agree a contract with us at your home or away from our premises, you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and then cancel, you may have to pay for the work already done. Emergency repairs you ask us to carry out straight away may not be cancellable once they are done.

Using this website

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information about our work, not advice for your particular roof. The aerial film of terraced roofs at the top of the homepage is licensed stock footage. The job photos are from our own jobs, except where a picture is labelled as an illustration.
